Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use zidans.net, why we collect it, and what rights you have over your data. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Russian Federal Law 152-FZ on Personal Data.
Data we collect
- Account data. Name, email, postal address, phone — when you create an account or place an order.
- Order data. Products ordered, sizes, payment method (we do not store card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider).
- Usage data. Pages visited and storefront events only after analytics consent.
- Cookies and browser storage. Strictly necessary cookies for security, session, and consent proof; functional preferences and analytics storage only after consent.
How we use it
- Fulfilling orders, processing payments, and arranging shipping.
- Customer support and order communication.
- Improving our product range based on aggregated usage data.
- Legal compliance (tax, customs, anti-fraud).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment-provider details may vary by destination and order type. Your checkout confirmation or payment instruction email will identify the provider used for your order before payment is requested.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you have rights to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to processing for marketing purposes.
- Port your data to another service.
- Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect lawfulness of past processing).
Submit privacy requests by replying to your order confirmation or active Zidans support conversation. Include the request type, your order number if you have one, and the email address used for your account or checkout.
Data retention
We retain order data for 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it. Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure unless a longer legal obligation applies. Analytics and consent-proof records are retained only as needed to honor your choices, operate the storefront, and maintain compliance evidence.
International transfers
Data may be processed in Russia, the EU, the US, and Korea by Zidans and the processors listed above. When personal data is transferred across borders, Zidans uses contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the destination and purpose of processing.
