Times are after order processing (typically 1–2 business days). Tracking numbers are issued by email when the parcel ships.
Customs and duties
Orders shipping outside Russia are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees levied by the destination country. We provide a commercial invoice with declared value matching the order total.
Tracking
Every shipment receives a tracking number, sent to the email on file once the carrier scans the parcel. If you have not received tracking 3 business days after order confirmation, please contact support.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact support within 14 days of the expected delivery window for lost-parcel investigations. For damage, retain all packaging and photograph the damage; we will arrange replacement or refund.
