Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact. This complements your statutory rights under Russian, EU, and US consumer law where applicable.

What can be returned

• Unworn garments in original condition with all tags attached
• Items in original packaging
• Items that match the description and condition at time of delivery

What cannot be returned

• Custom-fitted items or items altered to your measurements
• Intimate apparel (briefs, dance underwear) for hygiene reasons
• Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
• Items damaged by misuse or improper care

How to start a return

1. Reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason.
2. We will reply with a return authorization and the appropriate return address.
3. Ship the item back at your cost (we recommend tracked shipping — we cannot refund items lost in return transit).
4. Once received and inspected, we will refund to the original payment method within 7 business days, or ship the exchange.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under your jurisdiction's consumer protection law:

• Russia: Federal Law No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (15-day return period for non-conforming goods).
• EU: Directive 2011/83/EU (14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts).
• United States: state-specific consumer protection statutes.

If your statutory rights are more favourable than this policy, your statutory rights govern.
